Quality Management Policy
You, our customer, are at the center of Centro Linguistico Agorà's activities:
- Planning and providing foreign language courses for residents
- Planning and providing Italian language courses for foreigners
- Providing translation and interpreting services
Centro Linguistico Agorà's Quality Management Policy is based on satisfying your expectations effectively and efficiently. Customer satisfaction is a hallmark of CLA's activities and is only attainable by carefully examining your particular needs.
The objectives of CLA's Quality standards:
- identification of your needs and expectations to transform them into operational requirements;
- improvement of process efficiency;
- implementation of adequate Quality Management System controls for quantitatively evaluating activities, minimizing oversights and providing Management with suitable monitoring instruments;
- guarantee effective flow of information both outward from and within the organization so that all services are carried out in the best possible way;
- prevent non conformities rather than acting to correct them after the fact;
- maintain safety and comfort in the work space and abide by all accident and injury prevention measures;
- pursue continued improvement.
These objectives have led CLA to define a Quality Management System that conforms to the 2008 edition of UNI-EN ISO 9001 standard and our Quality Management Manual documents this.
