Conditions for ISOL Courses

Enrolment

Completed registration forms should be received at our address together with a deposit amounting to 50% of the total tuition and fees for the chosen course and programmes at least one month before the course starting date. Centro Linguistico Agorà will send confirmation of registration immediately together with information about the chosen accommodation. The balance of tuition and fees is to be paid on the first day of the course. The balance of tuition and fees for minors can be paid 15 days before the beginning of lessons.

Course tuition and fees cover:

20% VAT
The accommodation locating service
Study materials
Certificate of attendance

Course tuition and fees do not cover:

Travel from and to the Pisa airport/station (€ 40.00). The cost of travel from and to the Pisa airport/station for participants in an ISOL course for minors is included in the tuition.
Medical or personal property insurance

If an adult or minor student cannot be included in a study group suited to his/her level, CLA will offer an individual course having the same value at a reduced number of hours.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated to Centro Linguistico Agorà in writing.

If communication of cancellation is received more than 21 days before the course starting date, CLA will reimburse 30% of the deposit.
If communication of cancellation is received 21 days or less before the course starting date, there will be no reimbursement, but 30% of the deposit can be applied towards the tuition and fees for participation in a course within one year of the date of cancellation.
Any student withdrawing before the end of a course will not be entitled to any refund.

Accommodation

Centro Linguistico Agorà arranges accommodation in hotels or with host families. The student must pay for accommodation directly to the hotel or host family on arrival. The host family will receive you on the Sunday before the first day of lessons. Hospitality ends on the Saturday following the last Friday of lessons. Other arrangements for arrival can be made depending on the host family's availability. Room and full board in a family is obligatory for minor students and may be paid in full 15 days before arrival.
