Translating and Interpreting Fees

All fees exclude 20% VAT

Translating Fee Schedule

	per standard page
French, English, Italian, Spanish, German:	€ 24.00
Other European languages excluding Greek:	€ 28.00
Arabic, Iranian, Turkish, modern Greek and the classical languages:	€ 36.00	minimum
Chinese, Japanese and unusual languages:	€ 50.00	minimum

The above fees are in euros per standard page (25 lines of 55 keystrokes = 1375 keystrokes) and include translation, proofreading, and delivery,

Delivery of a completed translation can take the following forms: via e-mail compressed in zip format or not, on floppy disk, on CD-ROM, and/or hard copy.

A surcharge on the standard-page fee will be applied for specialized texts, will be established on a case by case basis, and will depend on the technical level of the text.

A 35% surcharge on the standard-page fee will be applied for urgency.

Authentication or the swearing of translation fidelity to original text in Magistrate's Court or Tribunal: € 50.00 per original document and € 25.00 per copy

Translation revision/proofreading:

Limited to correction of typographic errors:	30% of fee
Limited rewriting/retranslating:	50% of fee
Substantial rewriting/retranslating:	100% of fee

Interpreting Fees

Simultaneous	€ 600.00 minimum per 7-hour workday
Consecutive	€ 600.00 minimum per 7-hour workday
Chuchotage	€ 600.00 minimum per 7-hour workday
Negotiation	€ 450.00 minimum per 7-hour workday
